Our hassle free 30 days return policy, allows you to return your products purchased online, as long as they are still in their original unused condition. When returning your items to us, it’s important you contact us first to authorise your return. Once authorised, please return as instructed to:

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned items, and are refunded back to your original payment method.
Please ensure you obtain proof of return, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit if no proof of return is available.
You can cancel your order or part of it, up to the point of us dispatching your order by contacting us via email or telephone.
I've changed my mind
That’s ok, we understand this happens. Should you change your mind, please notify us within 30 days from receipt of the goods.
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. You would be required to cover the cost of return postage, however, it will most likely be cheaper for us to arrange this for you.
Please contact us to request a return and we shall provide a return cost quote. Should you agree to accept this, we will deduct the amount from your refund due.
Returns and refunds are processed within 7 days from receipt at our Distribution Centre.
My Item’s Faulty, Damaged or Missing Parts
Should your order arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us straight away, quoting your order number, detailing the problem with your items.
We have a number of options available should a problem arise and will aim to resolve it for you as a matter of urgency.
